About Me

I am a full time seasoned Real Estate Broker with 14 years of experience. I am licensed in New Hampshire and Maine. I am a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) and a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI). I have earned the designation of Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), which has educated me on important issues for the relocating “Baby Boomers” that will be crucial for them to know. I have earned my designation of Energy Star Real Estate Specialist (ESRES), which has educated me in the energy efficiency of a home.  I show my clients what to look for in new construction and resale homes, along with making them aware of changes to make to their current home to make it more appealing to the consumer looking to purchase a home.  I am an e-Pro which means that am knowledgeable about technology and how it can work to your advantage whether you are buying or selling a property.

If you are a buyer I can set you up with all the new listings as they come on the market. In addition I can supply you with the latest COMPS for neighborhoods and school that are of interest.

If you are a seller I have several websites and a blog to help promote your property. I give each property listing a video virtual tour. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the New Hampshire Association of Realtors (NHAR), along with being a member of the Strafford County Board of Realtors (SCBR). I am President of the Durham Business Association, a member of Durham Great Bay Rotary International and Durham Landlords Association. I work with DIWUL (Durham it’s Where U Live) a University organization associating itself with the community of Durham, along with volunteering/sponsoring in many charitable town and school events.
